Staff wellbeing, understood properly.

I'm Jessie, the person behind Echo.

My background is in Psychology, and I have a first class honours degree with a particular focus on Organisational Psychology. That means I'm interested in how people experience work, what helps them feel supported, and what makes them more likely to stay, thrive and feel valued in their role.

I built Echo because I believe staff wellbeing in schools needs to be understood properly.

• Not treated as a tick-box exercise.

Schools are busy places, and leaders are often trying to support staff while also managing huge pressure themselves. I wanted to create something that made it easier for schools and trusts to listen to their staff in a structured, research informed way, and then turn that feedback into something useful.

Echo is based on research backed methods from Psychology and Organisational Psychology. It's designed to help schools and MATs understand what staff are experiencing, spot patterns across the team, and identify where action could make the biggest difference.

I'm not trying to offer a quick fix, because staff wellbeing is more complex than that. But I do think schools need a better way to hear from their staff, understand what is really affecting them, and show that their voice matters.

That's what I'm trying to build with Echo.
